At Naturally Shaped Aesthetics, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth process, please review our cancellation policy outlined below:
Deposits:
-We will take a £25 deposit [Per Treatment] at the time of booking any treatments in with us.
Example: You book in for one session of Ice Lipo and one session of cavitation on the same day, this will be subject to £50 deposit.
1. Cancellation Notice:
- We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- This allows us to accommodate other clients and optimize our schedule.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
- Cancellations made with less than the required notice or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.
- The cancellation fee amount is £25 per treatment this will be deducted from your deposit amount taken and/or charged to the card on file.
- Any remaining credit from the deposits will be subject re-scheduling or a refund.
3. How to Cancel:
- To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via email or phone.
4. Exceptions:
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
5. Refunds:
- Cancellation fees are non-refundable within 48 hours notice of your scheduled appointment.
- Refunds for prepaid services are refundable minus our cancelation fee within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
