The non invasive HIFEM (High intensity focused Electromagnetic) technology induces powerful supramaximal muscle contractions much stronger and faster then achievable through voluntary exercise. During your treatment, muscles contact 100% for the time for the whole duration of the treatment.
When you are exercising, you would usually contract 30-40% or a professional athlete may contract up to 55% so it results in a much more intense and stronger workout resulting in fat burning, muscle building while toning and slimming the chosen area.

Upon your arrival at the clinic, we’ll make sure you’re comfortably settled on the treatment bed. Then, we’ll place the EMS muscle paddles on your chosen treatment area. As the device begins emitting gentle electrical pulses, we’ll adjust the intensity to your preferred comfort level, the more intense the more effective the treatment will be, but you can start low and work up the levels for optimal results.
Once everything is set, you can enjoy 30 minutes to relax and let the machine work its magic. It’s that simple!
We usually recommend 6-8 sessions initially to see results, but ongoing sessions can top-up with other exercise.

We recommend 4- 8 to achieve the most potential results but this varies from client to client and will be discussed at your consultation.
The results can vary from one client to another depending on where you start, lifestyle factors, age, physical condition, and BMI. The muscles treated will feel immediately stronger with each treatment, with increased muscle mass showing 2-4 weeks after the recommended treatment plan. If there is excess overlying fat on top of the muscles, this can be reduced in 6- 12 weeks depending on the thickness of the fat pad. We may recommend our other fat loss treatments within your plan to achieve your goal. After the treatment plan is completed, we recommend a good exercise regimen to maintain results.
Its not painful but does feel like an intensive work out, as our muscles are undergoing a vigorous series of contractions every few minutes for a total of 30 minutes. The treatment is non-invasive and requires no down time or any pre/post treatment preparation.
Yes, you can lose some weight with EMS Muscle Sculpting but it is not a weight loss treatment.
Improved muscle tone lasts as long as you want it to, if you are starting with minimal natural muscle tone and only use super sculpt then results can last up to six months, BUT if you are fit and healthy, exercise regularly the results are magnified and continue to excel. You can have top up treatments to maintain the results.
No, this will not tighten the skin nor get rid of cellulite, Super Sculpt can be carried out in conjunction with our skin tightening and cellulite reduction treatments. This can be discussed at your consultation.
